Yes. Customers can use the QR code on the machine to request a product, brand, flavor, or variety. Requests are reviewed but product placement cannot be guaranteed.
Do the machines accept credit cards and mobile payments?+
Modern cashless payment options may include credit cards, debit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. Exact options depend on the machine and payment equipment installed.
Who handles repairs and maintenance?+
Loaded Vending coordinates routine service, preventive maintenance, and repair support for machines it operates. Customers can report issues directly through the QR support page.
How do customers report a problem?+
Scan the support QR code on the machine or visit loadedvending.co/support. Include the machine ID, location, issue details, and a photo when helpful.
How are refund requests handled?+
Refund requests are reviewed using the machine, location, date, time, amount, payment method, product, and any available receipt or screenshot. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
What happens if a location already has vending machines?+
Loaded Vending can discuss upgrades, additional capacity, or future replacement options. Any change must respect the location's existing agreements and be approved by the appropriate decision-maker.
